Julie Pearson's extensive career in the salon industry began in 1980 at the age of 18. Julie's main focus is her clients' need and goals in obtaining the look that they want, making client consultations important in assessing what is attainable and best suited for each client.

Julie has attended many educational events including, Vidal Sassoon S.F., Redken Academy N.Y., Bumble & bumble Academy N.Y., Wella Management Class, St. Petersburg, Russia,and Wella Studio, Prague. She has completed the management course from Strategies ,and a course from Building Champions. In addition to her many years of hairdressing, Julie has spent 8 years as a salon owner, managing and training staff.

Julie was voted Best Hairdresser in the Granite Bay Style Magazine, as well as runner up in the Hairstylist Newspaper photo contest. Her salon was voted Best Salon in the Placer Herald Best Of contest.
